1. Order Processing & Shipping Cycle


Processing Time: 1-2 business days (orders on weekends/US holidays processed next business day).
Total Shipping Cycle: 7-15 business days (from order placement to delivery).


2. Order Tracking


After shipment, you’ll get a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number 
Track via: Carrier’s official site or the link in our email.
Note: Tracking info may take 1-2 days to update (normal for international shipments).


3. Change/Cancel Order


Before shipment: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering (email: info@vpaelifeusa.com) to modify address or cancel.
After shipment: No changes/cancellations (international shipments can’t be recalled).


4. Lost/Damaged/Delayed Orders


Lost: If not delivered after 15 days, contact us—we’ll investigate and reship or refund.
Damaged: Take photos of packaging/products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery—we’ll replace or refund.
