What is the battery capacity and battery life of e-cigarettes?
The battery capacity of different models ranges from 280mAh to 1500mAh, and the battery life on a single charge can support 200-800 puffs (depending on the frequency of use). All batteries are tested for overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuit protection.

How long is the production cycle of the order? How do I track the progress of my order?
The regular order shipping cycle is 7-15 working days, and a unique order number will be provided after placing an order, which can be tracked in real time through the "Order Inquiry" section of the official website or by contacting dedicated customer service.
What payment methods are supported?

Normally, the local UPS ground is used, and the time limit is generally 10~15 days.

RETURN
I want to change the item I ordered. What should I do?
You can amend your order on or before 11:00 p.m. on the day of placement. If you need to make changes, please contact us by emailing info@vpaelifeusa.com.
What after-sales protection do I get?
The warranty period for all products is 1 month (calculated from the date of shipment), and the warranty covers non-human quality problems such as nebulizer leakage and button failure; Man-made damage (e.g. dropping, water ingress) is not covered by the warranty.
How do I return an item?
You can return an item within 15 days of receiving it. This is our 15-day return policy.
The item must be the same as it was when you received it, and it must not be worn or used. Product labels must be intact. The product must be in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Do you want to return it? Please email info@vpaelifeusa.com. If we accept your return, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how and where the package will be delivered. Do not return the product without contacting us. We will not accept it.
